Shipping policy

Printed on demand, shipped locally. Each print is produced on demand after you order, by a network of local fine-art presses — so for most destinations it's printed close to your address and ships from within your own region (Europe, the US, Australia, and more), usually arriving without import duties. An order that has to cross a border may meet duties, customs charges, or local taxes on arrival; those are set by the destination country, can't be known here in advance, and are the buyer's responsibility.

How long it takes. Each print is made after you order — printing takes a working day or two, and then it travels. Counting both, orders usually arrive in about 1–2 weeks in the European Union and the United States, and in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea and Southeast Asia; in 2–3 weeks in Canada, Switzerland, Norway, Japan, China and India; and in 3–4 weeks elsewhere. The exact estimate for your address is shown at checkout.

Packaging. Prints ship rolled and unframed, wrapped in tissue paper inside a cardboard tube or box — so they reach you without a bend or crease.

Free shipping. Delivery is included in the price to all 50 US states, Alaska and Hawaii among them, and across the European Union, including the Balearic Islands — no minimum order, nothing added at checkout. Everywhere else carries a real delivery cost, shown in full at checkout before you pay: the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla; Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands, American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands, Micronesia, the Marshall Islands and Palau; and every country beyond the US and the EU.

Where it ships. The countries above, and many others besides. A few aren't covered yet — the United Kingdom among them — and checkout will tell you before you pay.
